The Agency Presentations Session is an opportunity to hear from state and local government about procurement processes and upcoming large projects that will provide contract opportunities.
Each agency has 15-45 minutes to present information. We encourage attendees to visit presenters at their exhibitor tables for more information.

- Registration: First-come, first-serve
- Appointment Limit: Up to two appointments per business
Any business registered to attend the Regional Contracting Forum may participate, including small businesses, DBEs, SBEs, MWBEs, veteran-owned businesses, and other firms interested in contracting opportunities.
To make the most of your meetings, we recommend bringing:
- An updated capability statement
- Current NAICS codes
- Business cards or contact information
- A brief introduction of your company’s services and experience
A registration link will be provided to registered attendees prior to the event. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis while space remains available.
Each business may schedule up to two appointments.
Availability is limited and some organizations may fill quickly. Attendees may inquire about waitlist or drop-in opportunities on the day of the event; however, placement is not guaranteed and will depend on schedule availability

Please arrive a few minutes early. To keep the schedule on track, appointments may be canceled if participants do not arrive on time.
